June 29th: Freshman pick @ 5:30pm (prior to marching band rehearsal)
June 30th: Band Payments due ($25 late fee beyond this date)
July 4th Parade:
* Instrument pick up will be at AHS from 9:30-10 am
* Call time is at Heinens parking lot, 10:20 am
July 28th (10am to 1pm in the band room):
* Percussion instrument fitting and preliminary cadence practice (check the percussion Remind app messages for more details)
* Tuba/Mellophone/Baritone School. This is to get instruments assigned and meet with Mr. Nabring for any advice. It is not necessary to stay the entire time. Stop in on your own schedule within that time frame.
* Music Distribution. We need more Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students to attend. Please stop by and assist. Your efforts will be rewarded in the form of pizza provide by Band Boosters as well as the pride that goes with knowing you are doing your part.
